We work with you in the best possible way; from our initial contact, through to the pickup of your vehicle, we keep you up to date with each step of the repair process. In the event that repairs deviate away from the initial estimate or hidden damage is found, it’s important to us that you have an understanding what will be done to your vehicle. The method we use to communicate is through telephone and/or email. You choose whichever option suits your needs best. Both can be used, if you prefer.
PROVIDING YOU WITH OPTIONS
You may consider paying privately versus going through insurance. Depending on your circumstances, we can use our expertise to assist you in deciding the best course of action. When working with our private customers, certain economical options may be available to reduce repair costs such as using aftermarket or used parts.

We understand that time is valuable. You can count on our efficiency to ensure that your repair will go smoothly from start to finish. We are proud to have processes and procedures in place to keep track of operations, and will do our best to have you in and out in a timely manner.
Through our meticulous five stage inspection program, we ensure nothing is overlooked and workmanship is to the New Planet Collision standard of excellence.
As long as you own the vehicle, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our repairs and paint work (with the exception of rust). If for any reason you notice a deficiency in work we have done, bring the vehicle back and we will fix it at no charge to you.
*Warranty Exemption “All rust repairs will be discussed before and after the repair to ensure the customer is aware of any warranty limitations surrounding their specific rust repair.” Generally there are variables associated with each unique repair which will bring warranty limitations on these types of jobs. Ask your estimator for more information.
