I just had my car fixed today, and I would say they exceeded my expectation. It was my first claim with ICBC and had no idea about it, but Ben has been very gracious and helpful in every step of the way. Special thanks also to Charlene who gave me a car lift while waiting for my courtesy car. They delivered the high quality service in shorter time than they promised which was only 2 days as well as prompt follow-up by Ben. Ben assisted us by explaining in clear details what to expect for my car repairs. Also I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed they cleaned the interior. I have gone through many times of repairs with this company for over years. Still have no doubt and their professionalism, amazing staff, and impeccable work kept me going back. You will leave this shop with an experience unlike any other in lower mainland!

They were absolutely amazing in customer service, time to complete our repairs and going above and beyond. The car was cleaned and the work was thorough. From start to finish I would recommend this shop for all your body work, and I have been to a few but never like this.

I highly recommend New Planet Collision! I brought my vehicle in for repairs in April and couldn't have been happier with the service & professionalism. New Planet Collision is family run & they make you feel a part of that. Ben even drove me to Hertz to pick up my rental car & made sure someone was available to help me. They did great such great body work my vehicle looked almost new!

These guys are unusually amazing!

Took my 2017 BMW 430I here. I had bruised it up against a construction fence and the blue paint has transferred into my car. When I took my car here, they buffed it out, touched up some spots with paint and the car was looking amazingly good!!

And the best part...when it came to price... The gentleman won't take any money. They surely made my day!!

Glad to know there are still businesses like this around. This honesty has kept them in business for more than 16+ years.
