I just had my car fixed today, and I would say they exceeded my expectation. It was my first claim with ICBC and had no idea about it, but Ben has been very gracious and helpful in every step of the way. Special thanks also to Charlene who gave me a car lift while waiting for my courtesy car. They delivered the high quality service in shorter time than they promised which was only 2 days as well as prompt follow-up by Ben. Ben assisted us by explaining in clear details what to expect for my car repairs. Also I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed they cleaned the interior. I have gone through many times of repairs with this company for over years. Still have no doubt and their professionalism, amazing staff, and impeccable work kept me going back. You will leave this shop with an experience unlike any other in lower mainland!

They were absolutely amazing in customer service, time to complete our repairs and going above and beyond. The car was cleaned and the work was thorough. From start to finish I would recommend this shop for all your body work, and I have been to a few but never like this.

I highly recommend New Planet Collision! I brought my vehicle in for repairs in April and couldn't have been happier with the service & professionalism. New Planet Collision is family run & they make you feel a part of that. Ben even drove me to Hertz to pick up my rental car & made sure someone was available to help me. They did great such great body work my vehicle looked almost new!

I was recommended to New Planet Collision by the manager of an automotive repair shop. I shopped around a bit (private repair) and New Planet was the best out of them all! Ben took my car in very promptly and I was taken care of. The repairs were explained to me in detail and I couldn’t of been more happy with the outcome.Now I just received my car back AGAIN, this time an ICBC repair.
